And then will be sent e-mail when we sent out products which customer purchased.

[Back Orders] 
Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if you ordered several items that are in stock and others that are temporarily out of stock, At this case we will notify you of the out of stock items and wait for your instructions on whether to ship partial or hold shipment for the items needed to fill your order. Your credit card will only be billed for items that are shipped.

Customers must call and receive confirmation for any returns. 
Items may be returned within two weeks of ordering.
We will issue a credit or refund check within 3 days of receiving products.(not include shipping charges) 
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage and customs charges if applicable.

Free Shipping is provided by Family vitamin with a minimum purchase requirement. 
All orders are sent by regular post or by courier (ground service) and express post. 
The customer may choose a faster service.

Canadian Orders: 
** By regular post 
1) All orders OVER $75.00(excluding taxes) are shipped
FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post or ground service courier.

2)All orders under $75(excluding taxes) are charged
$5.00 CHARGE by Canada Post.

**By Xpress
1)All orders OVER $150.00(excluding taxes) are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Xpress Post or Quick service ourier.

2)All orders under $150(excluding taxes) are charged $7.50 CHARGE by Canada Xpress Post or Quick service ourier.


**US Orders: 
All orders over $150.00 CAD are sent by Canada post or ground service courier. 
All United States orders will be charged a shipping fee of $15.00 CAD.
United States shipping charges do not include any additional insurance, tariffs or fees that may be occured. 
All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. 

**International Orders: 
We charge a 10% shipping allowance on all orders over $150.00 CAD
All International orders are shipped Canada Post - Air International orders will be not proceed without prior approval of shipping charges from the cutomer. 
If we do not receive your approval of these charges within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. 
International shipping charges may not include any additional insurance ,tariffs or fees. 
All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

[Tax]
Orders within Canada are subject to 7% GST (Goods and service tax) and within the province of British Columbia are subject to 7.5% provincial sales tax on applicable products.(most of our products has GST only). 
Our order form calculates these taxes for you automatically. 
All countries outside Canada are exempt of these taxes from Canadian and Provincial sales tax. 
Family Vitamin is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped outside of Canada
